Jonathan Stanford - Founder, Roots to Excellence

Working with individuals & organisations to create personal or professional change that delivers meaningful impact is a real passion of mine.

I've had the privilege of supporting 1000's of individuals through coaching & leadership development throughout my career, and it's this passion and expertise I share now at Roots to Excellence.

​

My career has taken me from Commercial Manager and Employee Engagement roles at John Lewis to Facilitating Collaborative Leadership Development for organisations such as Vodafone, Renault and Skyscanner. I've been a Learning & Development Manager for an International Casino business, Talent & Leadership Manager for that famous finger-lickin' chicken brand, and currently Head of People Experience for the iconic London Taxi company LEVC. In a nutshell, I can spot potential and help grow high-performing individuals, teams & organisations.

I strongly believe that personal growth comes from challenge & accountability.

Those challenges that make you sweat or appear to be the hardest to overcome, are the ones you want to grab with both hands. Acknowledging, addressing, and taking action will get you to where you want to be, and getting to where you want to be, comes from taking full responsibility.
